We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and support our HR department in various administrative tasks and initiatives. As an HR and Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Job Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and other documentation.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information and matters.
- Manage employee portal, register new employee on portal, and track employee’s profiles.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
