Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and support our HR department in various administrative tasks and initiatives. As an HR and Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of Human Resources.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and other documentation.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information and matters.
  • Manage employee portal, register new employee on portal, and track employee’s profiles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
