We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team at RCM Centric. The Operations Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our billing department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of billing specialists to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Workflow Management: Monitor and manage daily workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of medical claims and invoices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated issues or disputes with clients, payers, or internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine billing processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering positive relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity, and key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
