Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling & Appointments: Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings, ensuring seamless operations.
- Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor registration and ensure appropriate security protocols are followed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve visitor inquiries, issues, and concerns in a calm and professional manner, even in stressful situations..
- Maintain Front Desk Area: Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and conducive to a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff alike.

Requirements:
