1. Medical Billing Specialist (RCM)

Location: In-House

Salary: 50K – 120K (Depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and submit medical claims to insurance carriers, clearinghouses, and third-party payers
  • Ensure proper coding, modifiers, and documentation for timely reimbursements
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and pre-authorization requirements
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and initiate appeals when necessary
  • Reconcile daily billing activities, maintain aging reports, and track account statuses
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance issues professionally
  • Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure all processes comply with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes, billing regulations, and payer policies
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and month-end reconciliation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical billing and RCM processes
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and EOBs
  • Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Solid understanding of payer-specific rules, claim cycles, and denial resolution
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

2. Medical Billing A/R Specialist

Location: In-House

Salary: 50K – 120K (Depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Submit billing data and claims to insurance companies
  • Ensure patient information is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare invoices and document charges for services
  • Review referrals, pre-authorizations, and follow up on unpaid claims
  • Manage denials, appeals, and account receivables
  • Track late payments and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain billing documentation and protocols
  • Communicate with providers, insurers, and assist patients
  • Work closely with the Billing Manager to process payments
  • Investigate, correct, and appeal denied or rejected claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in A/R or medical billing
  • Proficiency in billing software and electronic medical records
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized with attention to accuracy and detail

3. Front Desk Officer (Female)

Location: In-House

Salary: 50K – 120K (Depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk communications
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference bookings
  • Register visitors and follow security protocols
  • Resolve inquiries calmly and professionally
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (any field; related preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
  • Familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic office equipment
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage tasks efficiently

4. Medical Billing Operations Team Lead

Location: Remote – In-House

Salary: 50K – 120K (Depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical billing team to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensuring team meets productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
  • Train, mentor, and support billing staff to maintain consistent operational excellence
  • Resolve escalated issues related to claims, denials, and payer communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments (coding, credentialing, AR) to ensure end-to-end revenue cycle efficiency
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and claim status to management
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, payer policies, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Lead quality audits and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Support new client onboarding and system transitions as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle, claim lifecycle, payer policies, and denial management
  • Experience with billing platforms and EHRs (Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-improvement mindset

5. Payment Posting Specialist

Location: In-House

Salary: 50K – 120K (Depending on skills and experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post payments from insurance and patients to the correct accounts
  • Reconcile posted payments with EOBs and remittance advice
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies or misapplied funds
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payments and outstanding balances
  • Work closely with billing and A/R teams for payment-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company billing protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field; related preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in payment posting or medical billing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with EOBs, remittance files, and medical billing software
  • Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
