RCM Centric is looking for a tech-savvy, result-oriented creative Full Stack Word Press Developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. If selected you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.
To be a successful WordPress developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet our design and functionality specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Designing and building the website.
- Creating the website architecture.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
- Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years working with WordPress, including custom themes and plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Strong coding skills in these languages, with the ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot WordPress functionality.
- Ability to develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to company needs.
- Expertise in working with MySQL databases and managing WordPress database configurations.
- Experience integrating third-party services and creating custom APIs for WordPress-based websites.
- Strong understanding of WordPress security protocols, including vulnerability testing and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git for managing code and project collaboration.
- Expertise in building mobile-friendly, responsive websites to ensure compatibility across devices.
- Experience in optimizing WordPress websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth functionality across platforms.
