Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proficient American spoken accent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills and an American spoken accent to engage with clients effectively.
  • Present products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Highlight the features and benefits of our products/services to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in Medical Billing industry.
  • Proficient American spoken accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
